5 Week Series on "Head Forward Syndrome" Week 2
Last week we talked about using the energy from the earth to stand tall, stretching out the back of the neck and spine, Mountain Pose. This week we will practice MIDLINE STABILITY and discuss the Coronal and Sagital Planes. We will start a five week series on "Head Forward Syndrome". We will start with aligning our Seven Chakras along an upright neutral spine to find the space available behind. We'll revisit the "cross over effect". Belly Core and Upper Back instead of Upper Chest and Lower Back (causing Head Forward Syndrome and Back Pain)
Sleep Week: Get ready for "Spring Forward" Time Change next weekend March 5th We will do a practice that gets us ready for sleep. After a gentle flow we will end at the Wall for a "Legs up the Wall" night time routine. You'll enjoy extra time for savasanah with a China Gel neck massage. ZZzzzzzzzzzz..... |
