We've been working on the major body movements to participate in summer activities. Knees for weeding, hiking, gardening; Hips for practically everything! And this week Shoulders for whatever is left over! Much of our life involves activities that are all located in a rectangular shaped box in front of us. We type on our computers, drive, eat, cook, talk on our phone--everything in front of our bodies. Balance is the key to our overworked front muscles and lax, stretched out back muscles.
