Yoga for Neck Pain Nov 18-24
Last week we reviewed the whole spine. This week we will concentrate on just the neck. The spine can be separated into three general parts: Neck, Thorax, Lower Back. Ease of Movement is beneficial in our daily lives. Stasis, or inability to more, can cause pain. This week we will look at the spine as a whole. Next week we will start breaking it down into the three different areas where we can find more ease and less tension and pain. I am so sorry that I was not able to post to this site during our India Yoga Retreat! We had a GRAND time and we all seemed to thoroughly enjoy the sight seeing, the yoga, the shopping but most importantly, each other!
