We are in the "tween" space. The end of 2018 and beginning of 2019. The end of the shortening of days and the beginning of the lengthening of days. The time between Christmas and New Years. The transition between the end of the Out-Breath and the beginning the In-Breath. We have transitions in Yoga also. How do we treat those transitions? Are they just hurried through to get to the next side or the next pose? Can we learn to be more mindful and present in our yoga transitions? Let's practice!
