Yoga for Back Pain
Most of us have suffered from back pain at some point in our lives. Many yoga poses help us to build a strong core including the abdominal muscles, psoas and back muscles. Add in some twists and forward folds and your back may find some relief. We'll start with Pelvic Reset and end with Legs up the Wall to round out our practice.
