Join me! I was born and raised in India. I speak the language and am experienced in traveling in India. I will be leading a 14-16 persons group to Rishikesh at the mouth of the Great Ganges as it comes out of the Himalayan Mountains. We have a small 9 room Boutique Hotel reserved for our group. There are 2 double or triple rooms left. You can choose the one week Retreat or add on the week before to see the sights of Delhi and Agra to include the Taj Mahal. Working from this knowledge we can begin to strengthen our upper back muscles to counteract the hunching forward against the cold winds that are blowing!
