Last week we talked about using the energy from the earth to stand tall, stretching out the back of the neck and spine, Mountain Pose. This week we will practice MIDLINE STABILITY and discuss the Coronal and Sagital Planes. Psoas Wake-Up and Dead Bug will start us off!
