Many of us experience back pain. With my BIG move, I'm feeling it! The spine connects our two 'wheel houses': the shoulder girdle and the hip girdle. It takes a lot of stress! The spine can make 6 motions: flexion (cat), extension (cow), lateral bend to right and left (crescent moon, crescent baby), and twists in both directions (half fish, easy pose twist, sage twist). To ease back pain; try to relax the spine, lengthen, strengthen and then release. Moving the spine in all 6 directions also helps as immobility = pain and mobility = Relief
