Your hamstrings are the group of muscles on the back of the thigh. They attach below the knee and onto your sits-bones. The hamstring muscles are responsible for your hip and knee movements in walking, squatting, bending your knees, and tilting your pelvis.
The three major muscles of the hamstrings are the:
biceps femoris, semimembranosus, semitendinosus.
We will activate, strengthen and lengthen.
