With our expanded definition of "Core" to include the PELVIS, it is important to strengthen the muscle groups that stabilize the Pelvis; the ADductors (muscle groups that brings the legs in toward midline-and across midline) and the ABductors (muscle group that takes the leg out from midline. We've done variations of these when we do our "knee exercises" as they hold an important role in the knee also.
