Your CORE is a three dimensional cylinder. On the top is your diaphragm, the back muscles, front muscles, and all of the muscles in between make up the sides of the cylinder. Your pelvic floor is at the bottom of the cylinder. We will work on understanding our pelvic floor, and move through our flow with a supported and supple pelvic floor.
