It's that time of year on top of entering the 2nd year of the COVID Pandemic. We will work on facilitating chest wall movement to open up lung spaces with spinal lateral movements, thoracic twists, thymus openers, and diaphragmatic breathing.

Plus, he added, gentle stretching may help relieve aches and pains related to colds and sinus infections.
