Greater than 80% of Americans have “Head Forward Syndrome” which is getting worse every year with so many people constantly looking down at their cell phones and computers. Do you spend much of your day at the computer or at your desk? Do you drive your car or truck to and from work? Do you spend hours on end at your desk at home or the office? Do you notice that you have stiff muscles in your neck and shoulders? Do you suffer from headaches? This week we will start a series on Head Forward Syndrome. We'll start by defining what correct alignment should be with "Neutral Spine".
