Whenever I ask the class what they want to do next, the answer is predictable: KNEES! We expect so much out of our knees...twists, turns, support and bend...How can we keep our knees working optimally as we age? Strengthen all of the surrounding and supporting structures.... Calves, Quads, Hamstrings, ADductors, ABductors, and Glutes.
