We've been talking about POSTURE; for good posture you have to have good core muscles to support your upright posture. Our weakness are weak abdominal muscles and upper back muscles; tight and shortened hamstrings and upper chest muscles; Pointer Dog, Chair, Boat, Bridge, Plank, Dolphin Plank, Dolphin Down Dog and more!
