It's not all about balance. It's not all about Osteoporosis. It is a complex interplay between strength, bone mass, mobility, flexibility, fascia, neuromuscular integration, nervous system modulation and brain health. YogaU says that everyday we should practice mountain pose, plank, squats and locust along with all of their variations. Donna Fahri agrees with daily locust, squats (heels up-arms up to Horse/Chair) and adds on Pointer Dog Flow. These all increase our strength, neuromuscular integration, fascia, flexibility, mobility, and bone mass. Let's practice!
