This week we will continue our series with Posture focusing on the upper back. As we spend so much time sitting and slumping forward over our computers, cell phones, steering wheels, our hamstrings shorten, our abdominal tone slackens, our chest wall shortens, our upper back muscles weakens...a recipe for continued poor posture unless you do something about it!
