So many of us find, as we age, that we become stooped over from too much slumping in chairs or texting on our phones. We will take a slightly different approach to this syndrome. We will begin with the pelvis from which the spine arises. Is your pelvis tilting forward or tilting backwards? Whichever you are, what can you do about it? We want to have a neutral spine with the normal curves. Let explore! You'll need a rolled up beach towel or blanket upon which to lay and your mat, block and strap.
