The request has been for Ankles and Balance. We'll focus on ankles this week and focus on balance next week. If we are not connected to the ground with full ankle and foot movement, balance becomes very difficult, so they are intimately intertwined. Foot Massage is always welcome so bring your oil, paper towel and something comfortable to sit on.
