This week we'll start with the PSOAS. We'll identify our Psoas, hydrate it, stretch it, work it and then release it. Lot's of new ideas from Donna.

Next week I will teach the 9:30 Monday class and will record the Thursday class on Wednesday at 9:30. You can join me on Wednesday while I record or you can email me for the link so that you can practice via the Zoom recording at our normal time on Thursday at 9:30 while I am driving south to my Florida vacation.
