The back fascia line ties all of the back muscles together in a long continuous line of connective tissues; the front fascia line does the same with the muscles in the front of the body. The Lateral Fascia Line knits the front and the back together to provide support and a glove like structure to keep us from folding into a heap on the floor. The SPIRAL FASCIA LINE allows us to twist and move with ease and fluidity. The Spiral Line is the group of muscles and fascia that "loops around the body in two opposing helices, right and left, joining each side of the skull across the upper back to the opposite shoulder, and then around the ribs to the front to cross again at the level of the navel to the hip."
