Yoga is in a unique position to address all of these issues of aging. We need strength and balance to prevent falls. Our nervous system brings in information from our eyes, inner ear, proprioception/kinesthetic information and coordinates all of this so that we can respond instinctively to keep from falling. We will start with our base--our feet.
