The upper back supports the shoulder girdle (Scapula, Clavicals, shoulder socket) and are all connected to the arms and the ribcage. Rhomboids, Anterior serratus, Latissimi Dorsi and Pectoris muscles are all supporting structures. We will continue to find balance by building strength and resilience in the upper back supportive structures.
