It seems whenever I ask for "requests" I reliably get 3 requests: knees, lower back, neck and shoulder pain. This week we will circle back around to "Knees". Our knees need help--they can't do it alone. Strong support muscles in the leg and hip (Gluteus Maximus and Medius) do much of this support. Our yoga practice can help us find strength and stability which in turn will help our knees.
