Gratitude is one of the most important emotions--it is consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. I have so much for which to be grateful--and right up high on that list are my fellow yogis--you! On Monday we will be grateful for our yoga practice and the community which we have built. We will come up with our class plan together by choosing our favorite poses and weaving it into our flow. Come with your ideas!
